VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Beau’s All Natural Brewing is wrapping up the 2018 edition of FeBREWary – a month of weekly beer launches and related events – with the release of “a hoppy IPA that has taken an adventurously fruity turn.”
Cavalier Bleu (6% abv, 50 IBU) is an IPA infused with the juice from wild organic blueberries harvested in Quebec. It has the following tasting notes:
Cavalier Bleu pours hazy light brown with blue/purple undertones and a white foam. The aroma offers a complex array of tropical fruit, citrus and blueberry notes. The flavour offers intense tangy blueberry. The finish is dry and tart.
Cavalier Bleu will be available on tap at over 370 bars and pubs across Ontario and Quebec, and in 600 ml bottles at the Beau’s retail store starting today. It will also be released soon at select LCBO locations in Ontario and dépanneurs and grocery stores in Quebec.
