ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of the fourth in a series of five country-themed collaborative IPAs that offer “an exploration in ingredients from around the world.”
Nordic IPA (6.2% abv, 15 IBU) was created together with Superflux Beer Company, and was brewed with Norwegian kviek yeast and Pekko hops, which are named after the Finnish god of harvest. The resulting beer is described as having “a punchy citrus and fruity profile with a splash of tartness.”
Nordic IPA is available now on tap and in 650 ml bottles at the Field House tasting room. The final release in the series will follow next week.
