COQUITLAM, BC – Mariner Brewing has announced the release of a new beer that celebrates the 40th anniversary of one of British Columbia’s oldest craft beer bars.
Main Sail Pale Ale (5% abv, 25 IBU) has been brewed in collaboration with John B Pub, a family-owned bar and restaurant in Coquitlam that has been open since 1978, and features more than 80 taps pouring local, national, and international craft beers.
Described as “a classic pale ale using English yeast, toasted caramel malt, and 100% Cascade hops,” Main Sail will be available in cans at the John B Liquor Store and Mariner Brewing’s tasting room, and on tap at both locations, while supplies last.
