WHITBY, ON – Town Brewery has announced the release of a new beer brewed in collaboration with Canadian Parks Brewing, a brewery planning to open later this year in Bowmanville.
Kolsch’r to the Heart is a Dry-Hopped Kölsch described as follows:
It is a slightly hazy straw colour with a fluffy white head. Nose offers tropical notes and candied fruit. Taste starts with crisp notes of melon and pear, while finishing with slightly bready malt. Smooth and dry due to extended cold conditioning. Straight up: it’s refreshing, delicious, complex, and an absolute tease for the summer season to come.
Kolsch’r to the Heart is available now in 473 ml cans at the Town Brewery retail store.
