BURLINGTON, ON – Nickel Brook Brewery has announced that a collaboration with Ellicottville Brewing of Ellicottville, NY will be the April installment in its small-batch Funk Lab series.
Only Nerds Would Know is described as follows:
We’re diving deep and combining three styles in one. The yeasty esters of a Hefeweizen, the bold hops of an IPA and the puckering tartness of a sour create this insane Sour Hopfenweisse. It might be so convoluted that only true beer nerds will know what to expect!
Only Nerds Would Know will be released on Saturday April 7th at the Nickel Brook retail shop, and will be limited to 2400 bottles selling for $5.95 each. The first 100 purchases will include a pair of 3D glasses to view the label in full 3D.
It will also be available via the brewery’s online store for delivery within Ontario or in-store pick-up, with pre-ordering available starting on Wednesday April 4th.
