QUISPAMSIS, NB – Atlantic Canada Beer Blog reports that a new brewpub offering a selection of house-brewed beers along with other craft beers and ciders from across the province will be opening today in Quispamsis, New Brunswick.
Bootstrap Brew Pub features 25 taps and a 240-litre brewing system that is being used to brew an ongoing series of beers, many of them in collaboration with local homebrewers.
For today’s opening, 13 of the taps will be pouring house beers – including Ol’ Marley Double Oatmeal Stout (5.6% abv), Fluffhead NEIPA (6.4% abv), Hop Swap APA (5.2% abv), and more – while the remaining dozen offer 8 guest beers and 4 ciders.
