PORT MOODY, BC – Coalesce Brewing, the independent project of Twin Sails Brewing head brewer Ryan Voigt dedicated to mixed-fermentation and wood-aged ales, is winding down this weekend with the release of a final trio of beers.
To The Wind (6.8% abv) is a mixed fermentation wild ale refermented on more than 200 pounds of Pinot Noir grapes from Orofino Winery; Time Takes Everything (7.2% abv) is a unique interpretation of the Biere de Garde style; and Foreword Reserve (6.2% abv) is a specially aged version of Foreward, the very first Coalesce beer that was released last autumn.
