VANCOUVER, BC – Scout Magazine reports that Monkey 9 Brewing and Vancouver restaurant Mamie Taylor’s have teamed up to create a house beer for the eatery.
Cold Tea Pale Ale (5.1% abv) is intended to be “the perfect complement to Mamie’s regional American comfort-food menu,” and is described as follows:
The beer features caramel, wheat, and biscuit malt flavours. First- and late-hop additions of Citra, Cascade and Centennial, as well as a dry hop with Citra give it a smooth, crushable style with enough hop notes to keep your palate interested.
Cold Tea Pale Ale is available exclusively on tap at Mamie Taylor’s, which is located at 251 E Georgia St. in Vancouver’s Chinatown.
