ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition seasonal.
Pear Kolsch (5.2%, abv, 19 IBU) is described as follows:
A golden classic enhanced by dry-hopping with German spalt, huell melon and nelson sauvin. We supplemented the light pomme fruitiness of the kolsch yeast with 300lbs of fresh anjou pears adding their luscious flavour and a boost of body to this crushable German style.
Pear Kolsch is available now on tap and in 650 ml bottles at Field House.
