TORONTO, ON – Muddy York Brewing has announced the release of two new beers brewed in collaboration with two groups of brewers – one professional, the other amateur – from Ontario’s Durham County.
Old Sticks in the Mud Pale Ale (5.6% abv, 50 IBU) was brewed with the team from 5 Paddles Brewing, and is described as “a hybrid pale ale – blending the best elements of old school and new school pale ales and double dry-hopped with Cashmere and Hallertau Blanc.”
Hausgebräu In Das Haus Weizenbock (7% abv, 20 IBU) was crafted with the Durham Homebrewers, and is a “rich, malty and fruity wheat-based ale combining everything we love about Dunkleweizens with the strength and structure of a bock.”
Both beers are available now on tap and in packages – Old Sticks in 355 ml cans, Hausgebräu in 500 ml bottles – at the Muddy York taproom and store while supplies last.
