ELORA, ON – Elora Brewing has announced that two fruit-flavoured versions of Lodestar Sour Ale — one returning, one new — will be available tomorrow (June 1st).
Back for a return visit is Lodestar Sour Ale with Pink Guava (5.1% abv):
Soft Pink Guava aroma with delicate vanilla overtones. Smooth across the palate with notes of fresh pear and citrus giving way to a balanced sour tang and effervescent finish.
It’s joined by the brand new Lodestar Sour Ale with Blackberry (5.1% abv):
Blackberry aroma and colour. Belgian Golden and Saach Trois yeast provide complexity and slight spice notes. Blackberry, cherry, and currant across the palate finishing with soft tartness and effervescence.
Both beers will be available on tap and in 500 ml bottles — with the Blackberry version limited to 500 bottles — starting at 11:00 AM tomorrow in the Elora taproom and retail store.
