VANCOUVER, BC – Contract and partner brewing facility Craft Collective Beerworks has announced the launch of its second proprietary beer brand, following the earlier debut of Haus Lager.
Spectrum Beer will feature a portfolio of beers focussed on “fruitier flavours, lighter body profiles and experimental takes on classic beer styles that’ll appeal to wine and cocktail drinkers – but will still appeal to the beer lover, too.”
The first pair of beers to be released under the Spectrum banner are Hot Pink Lemonade Sour (5% abv), in which “Lemondrop hops and fresh lemons provide a delicious tartness that’s balanced by the addition of fresh raspberry juice”; and Miss Tanjie Tangerine Wheat (5% abv), “a medium-bodied, quaffable American-style wheat beer, with a tangerine punch from real tangerine peel.”
The two beers will be available soon in 355 ml cans at select retailers, and will be joined later by Melon Haze Pale Ale (5% abv), which has a “pillowy body and the huell melon hops [that] provide this beer with a juicy honeydew and melon profile.”
