STRATFORD, ON – The Stratford Beacon Herald reports that Stratford’s fourth brewery will be opening soon.
Jobsite Brewing has been founded by local residents and former construction workers Phil Buhler and Dave Oldenburger.
The brewery and taproom will include a wood-fired pizza oven, and will offer a “comfortable place where people just would like to come for a casual drink and just relax,” according to Oldenburger.
Four core beers – Stout, India Pale Ale, Cream Ale, and Amber – will be available at opening. The brewery has no intention of selling beer via the LCBO or Beer Store, and will concentrate on selling its beer on-site and at select local licensees.
Jobsite Brewing is located at 45 Cambria St. in Stratford, and is expected to open in several weeks. For more details, see the full article and the Jobsite Facebook page.
