ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release its newest limited edition beer.
Chardonnay Farmhouse (7.8% abv, 10 IBU) is described as follows:
Softening the lines between wine and beer, we combined pressed chardonnay grape juice with a tart ale, steeped it on dried elderflower and sweet woodruff, then fermented it with a saison yeast. Enjoy the refreshing character of white wine with the tartness of a sour ale and the raw farmhouse flavours of a saison.
Chardonnay Farmhouse is available starting today (June 14th) on tap and in 650 ml bottles at Field House.
