WINDSOR FORKS, NS – A combination winery and brewery first announced several months ago will be opening on Sunday July 1st in Windsor Forks, a small community southwest of Windsor in Nova Scotia’s Hants County.
Bent Ridge Winery & Bent Nail Brewery has been founded by brothers Glenn and Steven Dodge, and is located on Daniels U-Pick, a pick-your-own farm owned by their cousin Phil Daniels.
The brewery features a 2-barrel system, and beers available at opening will include IPA, Cream Ale, English Style Ale, and Pale Ale.
In addition to the winery and brewery, the facility also includes a Tuscan-style cucina with a food menu focused on wood-fired gourmet pizzas, a year-round patio, and a retail shop selling wine and beer to go.
Bent Ridge & Bent Nail is located at 4499 Highway 14 in Windsor Forks, and will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day. For more details, see the winery/brewery website and Facebook page.
