KINGSTON, ON – Spearhead Brewing has announced that a pair of beers previously available exclusively at the brewery are now being distributed throughout Ontario, one at each of the province’s main beer retailers.
Spearhead Summer Ale (4.3% abv) is a seasonal brand available in 473 ml cans at LCBO outlets, and has the following notes:
A light tasting beer with slight sweet stone fruit aroma and a hint of chardonnay grapes. We use unfermented chardonnay grape juice, mixed with a French Saison yeast, to deliver a delicate, well balanced and refreshing beer.
Bedrock Lager (4.7% abv) is a year-round beer available in 6-packs of 355 ml cans at the Beer Store. It’s described as follows:
Our German-style Lager has a subtle sweetness coming from four types of malt. There is a pleasant aroma of noble hops leading to a crisp hoppy finish.
