EDMONTON, AB – A new project from two veterans of Alberta’s craft brewing industry is preparing to release its first beer.
Ale Architect has been founded by Mason Pimm and Ryan Stang, who have previous experience at Two Sergeants Brewing, where Pimm was a managing partner and brewer, and Norsemen Brewing, where Stang was head brewer for seven years.
The duo are launching Ale Architect out of Edmonton as a contract brewing operation, and will be entering the market with Django (4.8% abv), a Belgian-style wheat ale spiced with ginger and Szechuan pepper.
Django will be available soon in 473 ml cans and on draught at select locations in Alberta. For more details, see the Ale Architect website and Instagram page.
