PENTICTON, BC – Bring Your Porter to the Slaughter reports that Cannery Brewing has announced the latest release in its ongoing series of limited edition canned beers.
Bonsai Rice Ale (7% abv, 30 IBU) is brewed with toasted rice, and described as a “light bodied ale with huge tropical fruit aromas from Citra and Mandarina Bavaria hops.”
Bonsai is available now on tap at Cannery Brewing, and soon in 4-packs of 473 ml cans at the brewery and select private liquor stores in British Columbia.
