ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition wine/beer hybrid.
Viognier Farmhouse (7.8% abv, 10 IBU) is described as follows:
A summer wine beer with the funky notes of a farmhouse beer and the fresh flavours of white wine. Think effervescent tangerine, rose and peach. This beer was fermented with a saison / sach trios blend and pressed Viognier grape juice.
Viognier Farmhouse will be released tomorrow (August 29th) on tap and in 650 ml bombers at Field House.
