MACDOUGALL SETTLEMENT, NB – Valonray Farmhouse Brewery has announced the upcoming release of a mixed fermentation ale with local roots.
Terroir is a “new Farmhouse Ale using yeast and Brett isolated on Canadian farms” that will be released at the brewery this coming weekend.
It will be available alongside a new batch of Valonray’s Farmhouse Ale, which “is fruitier than batch 1 (prominent grapefruit) and contains 6 strains of Brett.” Bottles of the original batch that have been aging for 8 months will also be in stock, as well as a bourbon barrel aged Tripel.
Valonray will be open for bottle sales on Saturday September 15th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For more details, see the brewery’s Facebook page.
