CARP, ON – Eastern Ontario’s newest brewery has announced that it will be opening later this week in Carp, a small community in the northwestern section of Ottawa.
Ridge Rock Brewing has been founded by four partners – Calvin de Haan, Jason Lalonde, Jake Sinclair, and Ryan Grassie – with a team that includes brewmaster Jamie Maxwell, manager Kelly Lacroix, and chef Mike Currie.
The brewery, bar, and restaurant is set to open on Thursday September 20th (pending final permit approvals), with several beers planned to be available at opening or soon after including Red Barn Organic, Flower & Farm Saison, KOA IPA, Diefenbunker Dark, and Back Shed Light.
