HALIFAX, NS – 2 Crows Brewing has announced details of two new limited edition beers that will be released this weekend.
Thunderdome is a foedre-aged golden sour with lime leaves brewed in collaboration with Ottawa’s Small Pony Barrel Works. It’s described as being “assertively tart, bright, with a fun herbal/lime character and a touch of funk.”
Dare To Dream is a dark saison with spices including coriander, orange peel, cardamom, lime leaf and black lime. The resulting beer has “dark fruit, prune and plum notes, bittersweet chocolate, moderately roasty with subtle bright spice, a classic saison ester profile and a dry finish.”
Both beers will be released tomorrow (September 29th) in 473 ml cans exclusively at the 2 Crows taproom and retail store.
