PITT MEADOWS, BC – Foamers’ Folly Brewing has announced details of a new wet hop beer brewed in collaboration with Northwest Hop Farms.
On Target Fresh-Hop Saison (6.3% abv, 23 IBU) is described as follows:
We brewed this saison with Sterling hops picked straight from the bine and added fresh to the kettle.We paired the floral and citrus flavours of Sterling with the intense grassiness of fresh hops and a dry, peppery finish.
On Target will be available on tap and in 650 ml bottles, with a launch party taking place at the brewery on Thursday October 4th at 5:00 PM. For more details, see the Facebook event listing.
