MONTREAL, QC – Brewpub chain Les 3 Brasseurs/The 3 Brewers has announced the release of its newest monthly feature beer, brewed with an ingredient that would make Bugs Bunny proud.
Carrot Pale Ale (5% abv, 20 IBU) – aka Pale Ale à la Carotte in Quebec – is a “fruity and flavored” ale made with the addition of carrots, coriander, and lemon peel.
Carrot Pale Ale is available until November 11th at all Les 3 Brasseurs/The 3 Brewers locations in Quebec and Ontario. Also on offer are two special food dishes – carrot soup, and marinated chicken with carrot salad – with $1 from the sale of each carrot dish or beer to be donated to local food banks.
