TORONTO, ON – Amsterdam Brewery has announced that an always anticipated seasonal favourite is about to return in a new format.
Tempest Imperial Stout (9% abv) is a strong and complex beer brewed with a malt bill that includes rye, wheat, oats, and several types of barley malt. Past editions have been described as having “a huge aroma of coffee and chocolate thanks to the impressive malt bill, and a rich and creamy texture that is dominated by these same roast flavours.”
The new vintage of Tempest is being released in 473 ml cans versus the bottles used in past years, and it will be available in a new Holiday Flight Pack sampler that is due to be released in early November. Further details are expected to be announced closer to the release date.
