2 Crows Brewing Releasing Cloud 9 Barrel Aged Sour

HALIFAX, NS – 2 Crows Brewing has announced details of its next limited edition bottle release.

Cloud 9 is described as follows:

A Sauvignon Blanc barrel-aged sour with bakeapple, picked by our friend Paul Smith in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland. Bakeapple is an incredible ingredient to work with, with such a unique and nuanced flavour — not to mention it’s highly coveted, we were extremely fortunate to acquire a good amount of berries thanks to Paul’s hard work. We are super excited about this one, it’s tasting bright, lively, funky, with a distinct bakeapple tartness and some lovely Sauvignon Blanc notes.

Cloud 9 will be released on Saturday January 12th in an edition of approximately 900 bottles available exclusively at the 2 Crows bottle shop and online store.
