NEW WESTMINSTER, BC – Steel & Oak Brewing has details of a new beer that is being released in support of a charity initiative headed by mobile canning service West Coast Canning.
Blush Rosé Saison is described as follows:
Blush was brewed with pilsner, spelt, flaked wheat, and acidulated malt and fermented with Saison yeast. It then sat on Merlot and Cab Franc grape skins from our neighbours at Pacific Breeze Winery and can conditioned for 6 weeks to give it a refreshing Rosé-like quality.
Blush will be released at Steel & Oak tomorrow (January 10th) in 4-packs of cans, which each pack featuring four different can designs by Best Studio. An official launch party will follow next Tuesday January 15th, with two kegs of Blush available on tap while supplies last.
All proceeds from cans and draught sales of Blush will be donated to The Camp Kerry Society via West Coast Canning’s Canned Good Initiative.
