AYR, ON – Abe Erb Brewing has announced the opening of its third location in Ontario’s Waterloo Region.
Abe Erb at the Mill opened over the weekend in Ayr, a small community near Cambridge in the Township of North Dumfries.
Located in a former feed mill at 143 Northumberland Street, the restaurant and brewpub shares space with the newest outpost of Settlement Coffee Roasters, a café and roastery chain founded by Abe Erb president and CEO Rob Theodosiou.
The new establishment includes a brewhouse producing a rotating selection of beers for the bar, where they will be pouring alongside beers brewed at the other Abe Erb locations in Waterloo and Kitchener. It also offers a larger food selection than the other Abe Erb restaurants, with pizzas and flatbreads added to the menu of burgers, pasta, and other comfort food favourites.
A fourth Abe Erb location – also featuring a Settlement café – is currently under construction in Guelph as part of The Junction, a new mixed-use development in a former CN Rail building.
Abe Erb at the Mill is open from 11:00 AM daily. For more details, see the Abe Erb website.
