HAMILTON, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced details four limited edition seasonal beers that are available now or coming soon.
Surround Sound DIPA v2 (8.2% abv) was released last month, and features “brilliant notes of mandarin citrus, with pleasant undertones of tropical fruit and pine thanks to a huge 20 g/L dry hop dosing of Simcoe and Amarillo hops.”
IPA No. 9 (7.1%) – the latest in the ongoing IPA series – is a Double Dry-Hopped Brut IPA that is “crisp, bubbly and utterly bursting full of fresh Azacca and Citra hops.” It’s due out later this month.
Following in March will be the brewery’s newest Fruit Sour (5.5%), promising the “flavour and aroma of juicy peach, tropical passionfruit and tart raspberries, which is then backed up a generous amount of bright, fruity hops [and] is finished with a refreshing sourness.”
Finally, Pavlova is a new collaboration with Australia’s Mr. West Bar & Bottle Shop . Inspired by the dessert of the same name, it’s made with a “massive amount of Strawberry, Mango and Passionfruit puree, then added Lactose & Vanilla for sweetness, and a tart base beer to give a beautiful final product that is the perfect balance of fruity, sweet and sour.”
