SEAFORTH, ON – Half Hours On Earth has announced the release of two versions of a new dark lager.
Lucifuge (5.5% abv) is described as follows:
A Black Lagerbier brewed with our house German lager yeast, German pilsner & roasted malts, and hopped with East Kent Goldings & Saaz. Milk chocolatey with a light roast, medium bitterness and a delicate floral, spicy finish.
It’s joined by Lucifuge Antigua (5.5% abv), which has the following notes:
Lagered on Guatemalan Antigua coffee beans roasted in house at the brewery. Lucifuge Antigua remains with all of the original qualities but with a fresh and bright coffee bean roast and aromatics. We love coffee as much as we do beer, so this is the perfect blend for a beer while brewing.
Both beers are available now at the Half Hours On Earth brewery store and online shop, along with the returning Razzy Star (4% abv), a “little sour ale with raspberries & orange peel,” and a selection of other beers.
