NEW WESTMINSTER, BC – Steel & Oak Brewing has announced the release of this year’s edition of its annual collaboration with Timbertrain Coffee Roasters.
Kaffee Coffee Blonde (5.1% abv, 17 IBU) is described as follows:
Locally roasted coffee, sourced from small holder farmers in Ethiopia’s Guji Sidama region, provides a rich yet delicate floral aroma with notes of brown sugar, grapefruit and caramel. Kaffee’s German malt base imparts a crisp finish and a subtle biscuit flavour pairing well with the cocoa and roasted flavours that the coffee provides.
Kaffee was launched last weekend at the Hopwired beer and coffee festival, and is available now in the Steel & Oak tasting room and store, as well as select private liquor stores in Vancouver and area.
