HALIFAX, NS – 2 Crows Brewing has announced release details for its latest limited edition barrel-aged sour ale.
Grace is described as follows:
Grace is a blend of three different oak aged beers, conditioned on over 350lbs of fresh whole red gooseberries. Probably our most complex beer to date, we are very proud of how this beer turned out. Pouring a deep orangey-pink, this beer is refined, grippy, and unlike anything we have brewed or consumed before. Firm tannic structure, full mouthfeel, zippy tartness, and smooth gooseberry notes complimented by soft Sauv Blanc undertones.
Grace will be released this Saturday April 13th at 12:00 noon, and will be available at 2 Crows while supplies last.
