HAMILTON, ON – Grain & Grit Beer Co. has announced the two new releases in the Reserve Series in which they “take [a] beer you know and love and shake things up a bit by adding hops, fruit, spices or other adjuncts, and age it for a period of time to create something unique.”
High+Dry Sour Saison has been “aged on light American Oak [which] adds depth to this delicate beer, with notes of oak, nuts and light vanilla.” It’s been released in a limited run of bottles, with less than 100 available for general sales.
Thrillsner Dry-Hopped Pils has been aged on Niagara cherries, with a batch of less 80 litres available exclusively on draught.
Both beers are on sale now at Grain & Grit while supplies last.
