LANGLEY, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of a collaboration with Wander Brewing of Bellingham, Washington.
Sauvignon Blanc Wild Farmhouse Ale (6.8% abv, 20 IBU) is described as follows:
With a slightly sour base and primary fermented in a foeder full of wild yeast, this pale wine-beer hybrid was brewed solely with Patagonian extra pale malt. Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with Nelson Sauvin hops, lending strong notes of dry white wine, and delicate notes of gooseberries and citrus fruits.
Sauvignon Blanc Wild Farmhouse Ale will be available tomorrow (June 27th) on tap and in bottles at Field House.
A version of the collaboration previously brewed at Wander using non-wild yeast was released last month.
