GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced that a collaboration with Cannery Brewing of Penticton, BC will be the 38th of its 52 weekly beer releases for 2019.
Ya, Drrr Spooky Brett Saison (8.6% abv) is described as follows:
We got a rare chance to make a brew with our good friends from the West Coast at Cannery Brewing. So we jumped right in, with a hop-forward super saison, bottle conditioned with Brett. This ale is fermented on the ‘Escarpment Spooky Saison’ yeast strain for a truly complex, yet incredibly approachable beer. With hints of orange peel and a subtle saison flavour, this brew is the perfect fall sipper to enjoy on a cool, crisp evening.
Ya, Drrr will be released on Thursday, September 19th in 750 ml bottles at the Sawdust City retail shop and online store.
