NEWMARKET, ON – Market Brewing has announced the release of new beer named after the 1 litre drinking vessel that is ubiquitous at many Oktoberfest celebrations.
Maßkrug Festbier (6.2% abv, 31 IBU) – pronounced “mahss-kruhg” – is described as follows:
Pouring a deep gold with pillowy, off-white head, expect this special edition lager to have a delicate aroma of black pepper and freshly baked biscuits. Toasty malt character is balanced with a round hop bitterness to keep your palate from fatiguing when consuming this beer by the maßkrug.
Maßkrug Festbier is available now in 473 ml cans and on tap at Market Brewing.
