KINGSTON, NS – Roof Hound Brewing has announced the opening of its second pub and restaurant location in Kingston, approximately 90 km from its original brewery in Digby, Nova Scotia.
As reported by Atlantic Canada Beer Blog:
The new spot features a full kitchen, with the same diversity of offerings that fueled the Digby location, with nachos, burgers, tacos, and loaded fries on the menu. Beer-wise, the location features twelve taps of Roof Hound goodness, along with a full retail of bottles and growler fills.
Roof Hound Kingston will also be home to the brewery’s new barrel aging program, and while there is no brewhouse on site, wort brewed at the Digby location is being brought over for fermentation.
Roof Hound Kingston is located at 573 Main Street in Kingston, previously home to The Crossing restaurant and bar which closed earlier this year. Business hours are 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM on Sunday to Thursday, and 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Roof Hound Digby is currently closed for minor renovations, and will be reopening this Friday October 11th with a new food menu, including pizzas.
