GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced a collaboration with Brasserie Dunham as the 45th of its 52 weekly beer releases for 2019.
Community Buckwheat Saison (6.5% abv, 20 IBU) is described as follows:
Together with our pals at Brasserie Dunham, we brewed a buckwheat saison with a light hazy yellow hue. This farmhouse saison presents aromas of tangerine and overripe pineapple. It’s dry to the bone with effervescent carbonation and it drinks deliciously easy for its 6.5%. Notes of citrus and pineapple play alongside some nice gentle funk and nutty maltiness which carries through to the dry finish.
Community Buckwheat Saison will be released on Thursday, November 7th in 473 ml cans at the Sawdust City retail shop and online store.
