STELLERTON, NS – More than two years after it was first announced, the Nova Scotia Spirit Company craft distillery has released the first beer from its new brewery division.
Painted Boat Beer Company was officially launched just before the holidays with the release of Painted Boat Lager (5% abv), a European-style pale lager.
Painted Boat Lager is currently on tap at select locations including Backstage Brewing in Stellarton and the Stubborn Goat in Halifax, with wider distribution expected to follow soon. It will also be available in the distillery’s on-site restaurant and retail store which will be opening at 230 Foord Street in Stellerton later this year.
