Wellington Brewery Announces Queen of Craft 2020 Event Series

GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced the schedule and other details for the 2020 edition of its Queen of Craft series of beer education events for women.

Taking place at 10C (42 Carden St., Guelph) on each Friday evening in March, the series will include the following sessions:

  • March 6th: The Mindful Imbiber – “Join the Queen of Craft crew with special guests from the CMHA to explore healthy consumption practices in a non-judgemental, safe setting.”
  • March 13th: Craftivism – “A celebration of Ontario craft breweries who tirelessly support vulnerable populations by taking social, environmental and political responsibility with innovative programming and incentives.”
  • March 20th: Queen’s Picks: Top Beer Trends – “Join industry experts in the exploration of what’s new and hot in craft beer this year, which industry trends have lasted the test of time, and which beer bubbles have burst.”
  • March 29th: Beer & Cheese PLUS – “We will explore all things fermented (cheeses, sourdough, and veggies) paired with unique Ontario craft brews on a guided tour of the senses.”

Full details and ticket ordering for all events are available on the Queen of Craft 2020 web page. Proceeds from the series will be donated to Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis to support its important work in the community.
