Braumeister Brewing Releasing Dortmunder Pale Ale and Gambrinus Oaked Vienna Lager

CARLETON PLACE, ON – Braumeister Brewing has announced details of two winter seasonal beers that are due out soon.

Dortmunder German Pale Ale (5.5% abv) is returning after its original run last winter, and is described as follows:

A beer style unique to Dortmund, Germany, this copper-coloured Dortmunder uses noble hops with a blend of ale and lager yeasts, producing a complex, fruity malt flavour, balanced with subdued hop bitterness.

Gambrinus Oaked Vienna Lager (6.4% abv) is a brand new beer with the following notes:

Gambrinus is kettle and dry-hopped with three unique Polish hops, fermented with a German lager yeast, and then aged on toasted French oak. This beer is complex on the palate, yet very easy drinking.

Dortmunder will be available on Thursday January 30th at the Braumeister taproom and shop, and Gambrinus will follow in early February.
