Daft Brewing Opening This Week in Kingston, Ontario

KINGSTON, ON – Several months after its beers started to show up on tap at select bars in Kingston and area, Daft Brewing has announced that its taproom and retail store will be opening to the public this week.

Located in a former 5-bay car garage in the city’s Williamsville neighbourhood, Daft will be officially opening tomorrow (Tuesday January 28th) following low-key preview this past weekend.

Seven beers will be on tap for the opening – including Smug Frenchman Grisette (4.9% abv), Never Nude Tangerine Sour (4.4% abv), True Level Fiesta Gose (4.9% abv), Coffee is for Closers Coffee Milk Stout (5.3% abv), Soulless Ginger Ginger Beer (5% abv), Blackberry Pepper Sour (4.5% abv), and Whiskey Apple Harvest Ale (7.2% abv) – with most also in stock at the bottle shop.

A selection of cider, kombucha, wine, and cocktails will also be available at the bar, as well as snacks including dips, meat and cheese boards, and hot dogs.

Daft Brewing is located at 768 Princess Street in Kingston. Business hours planned for this week are 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Tuesday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Friday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 midnight on Saturday, and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sunday.
