ST. CATHARINES, ON – A new brewery and restaurant focused on pairing “unique, high quality, consistent, sessional and great tasting beer” with a locally sourced food menu is now open in St. Catharines, Ontario.
Cold Break Brewing has been founded by tourism and hospitality industry veteran Noel Buckley, with brewing headed up by brewmaster Ryan Delrue.
Open since the end of December, the 6000-square-foot establishment includes a 15 barrel brewhouse, and a 125 seat taproom with food provided by The Righteous Monger.
Beers available so far in the taproom and cans have included Sublime NEIPA (5.5% abv), Endless Summer Sour (5.1% abv), Left Turn Lager (5.5% abv), Vine Theory Brut IPA (7% abv), Outlier Kentucky Common (4.4% abv), Empire Porter (3.2% abv), and The Notorious H.E.F. Hefeweizen (5% abv).
