VANCOUVER, BC – Parallel 49 Brewing has announced the release of the latest in its Cork & Cage Series of limited edition barrel-aged beers.
Gin Elderberry Sour (8.5% abv) is a “blend of sour beers aged in gin and red wine barrels for seven months and refermented with honey and whole elderberries.”
Gin Elderberry Sour is available now at Parallel 49 and select private liquor stores.
