NEWMARKET, ON – Market Brewing has announced the release of its latest limited edition beer.
Flow-za The Gose (3.7% abv) is described as follows:
We brewed this light, hazy, sour ale with Himalayan Pink Salt and Indian Coriander Seed. The Coriander gives a citrus note to the fruity sour tartness. The salt smooths out the mouthfeel, accompanying the malted and unmalted German wheat base. Don’t drop the gloves on this sour, it will punch you in the mouth.
Flow-za The Gose is available now in 473 ml cans at Market Brewing.
