LACOMBE, AB – Blindman Brewing has announced the release of its latest one-off beer.
Midnight Orchard Dark Fruited Lager (5.1% abv) is described as follows:
Crafted by the newest addition to our brewing team Jasmine – and with the brewing, planning, design, and everything else help of many more awesome women – this beer defies styles and excites taste buds. This beer has everything. It is a lager style made in ale time. Meaning a lager yeast fermented under pressure to get the full lager profile much quicker. It has stone fruit (peaches and sour cherries to be precise). It is dark – like really dark – but minimally roasty. All told, it is a fun drink to figure out. And if we have more time at home these days, why not?
Midnight Orchard is available now in 473 ml cans at the Blindman retail shop and delivery service, and select retail locations throughout Alberta. Partial proceeds from its sale will go to support the Central Alberta Women’s Emergency Shelter.
