ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the latest release in the BRRL ROOM series of limited edition barrel aged beers.
Syrah Wild Farmhouse Ale (7.9% abv) is described as follows:
Primary fermented in stainless and then transferred into a cultured foeder on Syrah grape juice for 7 months. Freshly pressed Shiraz skins from Backyard Vineyards were then added and left to rest for another 3 months. Pink peppercorns were added a few days before packaging to highlight the peppery qualities of a noble syrah. Expect complex flavours of berries, spice funk and oak.
Syrah Wild Farmhouse Ale is available now at the Field House retail store and online shop, and will be distributed to select private liquor stores next week.
