KITCHENER, ON – Short Finger Brewing has announced that it will be marking its five years of business as a homebrew supply shop, and the second year anniversary of its on-site nanobrewery, with a now traditional event that puts the spotlight on one of its signature beers.
Lando Day is a “celebration of the ever-evolving sour Saison blend” that has been available from Short Finger in various iterations and permutations over the last two years.
The 2020 edition of the festivities will be taking place at the brewery on Saturday June 20th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a party in the parking lot – following all COVID-19 protocols, of course.
Four different editions of Lando (5.4% abv) will be released – including Batch CE, Batch NZ, Batch AC, and Billy D. – plus Cloud City (5% abv), a double dry hopped oat pale ale that is brewed especially for Lando Day each year. Special cellar beers will also be available throughout the day, and Clementine Catering will be serving hot dogs.
For those who can’t make it in person, limited bottles will be available via the Short Finger online shop tomorrow (June 19th) at 4:00 PM.
