OTTAWA, ON – Flora Hall Brewing has announced the release of “two new and truly unique beers.”
Crispy Kveik (5% abv) is described as follows:
Sure, it’s technically an ale, but this unique beer has a clean, crushable lager-like finish, thanks to a blend of Kveik yeasts and Bohemian pilsner malt that was floor-malted, just like in the old days. A true crispy boi!
Virtual Borders Hazy Weisse IPA (6.9% abv) has the following notes:
When provincial trade barriers get in the way we find creative ways to challenge them. With our friends across the country at Container Brewing, we brewed the same recipe on the same day – a collaborative, Canadian spirit represented in our barrier-breaking icon!
Both beers are available now in the Flora Hall taproom, retail store, and online shop.
