VANCOUVER, BC – HYPHA Project, a collective focused on “well made beer and art that doesn’t take itself too seriously,” has announced details of its upcoming second release.
The New Normal IPA (6.5% abv) is described as follows:
This hybrid double dry hopped IPA brings together what we love most about both east coast & west coast styled IPAs. The blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops produces a complex profile of citrus, tropical fruits, and berries exploding on the nose, supported by dank and earthy undertones to round it out. Whirlpooling & multiple dry hop additions make for an amazing aromatic beer with balanced bitterness. The unique in-house blend of yeast strains means The New Normal finishes more on the dry side, just how we love it!
The packaging for The New Normal features artwork by Peter Ricq, a visual artist, animator, musician and filmmaker based in Vancouver.
The New Normal can be pre-ordered now via the HYPHA Project online shop, and will be available to pick up at Slow Hand Beer Company starting Friday September 11th.
